New Fitness Classes & Class Schedule!

We are excited to release February’s class schedule featuring our New Fitness Classes! All classes are FREE for Members & $5.00/Class for Non-Members. Try out any class on us FREE for the 1st time!

Yoga (Classes Start 2/2/15, Classes on 2/2 & 2/3 FREE & Open to public)
Get a great workout to tone your body and improve your flexibility and balance while calming your mind and renewing your spirit!
Yoga To Go: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
Yoga Stretch & Tone: Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 – 7:00 P.M.

H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training combines short bursts of high activity followed by a short rest
period. Make the most of your cardio!
Monday & Wednesday 5:30 – 6:00 P.M.

K.I.C.K.
Kinetic Interval Cardio Kickboxing uses traditional kickboxing moves to develop strength and power while listening to heart pumping music!
Monday & Thursday  6:00 – 7:00 P.M.

EZ Abs
Team up with your Personal Trainers to make your ab workout easy and fun no matter which day of the week you choose.
Monday – Friday  4:30 – 5:00 P.M.

YFit
Combine aerobic exercise, body weight exercises, and weight lifting for a varied and effective workout that will get you fit in no time! Fri 6:00 – 7:00 P.M. & Sat 10:00 – 11:00  A.M.
