Get healthy at the YMCA! We offer a number of Health & Fitness, and Sports Programs for adults.

Personal Training Program

In our commitment to the health & well-being of the community, the YMCA offers free personal training for our members. You and a Y Certified Personal Trainer work together to create an individualized fitness program. Your program will consist of one-on-one training sessions to improve your overall strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular abilities.

Y-FIT

A high-intensity, interval style training class that uses weights, body weight training and conditioning in a one-hour, circuit style workout. Join the group of Y-Fitters to lose weight, build strength and cardiorespiratory endurance in a fun supportive environment.

Wednesdays 5:15 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. in the Front Fitness room.

Upper Body Blast

Improve strength and stamina while toning your chest, back, shoulders, arms and core with a mixture of weight training and calisthenics!

Tuesdays 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. in the Weight Gym.

Lower Body Blast

Improve balance and build muscle in your quads, hamstrings, glues, hips, caves, and more with a mixture of weight training and calisthenics!

Fierce Kickboxing

An exhilarating fitness program that combines traditional kickboxing with high intensity cardio.

Yogalates

Silver Sneakers Yoga is a therapeutic combination of several yoga styles specifically tailored for older adults. Silver Sneakers is a 45–60-minute class consisting of five segments: Breathing exercises, warm up and range movement, muscular endurance and balance, deeper stretches, and final relaxation.

Muscle & Move (Silver Sneakers)

Muscle & Move on Monday at 10 AM is a combo class for the active senior. This class “moves” to high energy cardio fun, dance style workout. “Muscle” incorporates strength and conditioning workouts using dumbells, body weight, and coordination drills. This entire class boosts cardio and overall fitness.

Silver Sneakers

This class works from a chair and standing to help build strength and balance while incorporating the use of fitness equipment such as weights, balls, etc…

Fitness Drumming

Using light weight drumsticks and pounding to the beat for an energizing, cardiovascular workout. Class is easily modifiable for all workout levels.

Work it Walking

This is a high energy walking cardio class that incorporates strength and conditioning workouts by using dumbbells. This class boosts cardio, overall fitness, and is fun!
