Personal Training Program
In our commitment to the health & well-being of the community, the YMCA offers free personal training for our members. You and a Y Certified Personal Trainer work together to create an individualized fitness program. Your program will consist of one-on-one training sessions to improve your overall strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular abilities.

A high-intensity, interval style training class that uses weights, body weight training and conditioning in a one-hour, circuit style workout. Join the group of Y-Fitters to lose weight, build strength and cardio respiratory endurance in a fun supportive environment.

Upper Body Blast
Improve strength and stamina while toning your chest, back, shoulders, arms and core with a mixture of weight training and calisthenics!

K.I.C. – FIT Kinetic Interval Cardio Fitness
Cardio Kickboxing combines traditional kickboxing moves to develop strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness. Expect to sweat as you sculpt your muscles and challenge your heart.
