Beginning on Monday February 3rd, Hatha Yoga will be at the Y!
Every Monday at 5:00 pm in the Fitness Studio, Melissa Cox will lead you through a combination of dynamic postures which help to develop balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. Add some relaxation in and come away feeling refreshed.
