FITNESS CLASS UPDATES!

There will be a few updates to our fitness classes that will take place the first full week of July:

There will no longer be Zumba class on Monday and Wednesday evening.

Suzanne has added one more Zumba class so her new schedule will be:
-Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 PM – 7 PM
-Saturday 8:45 AM – 9:45 AM

K.I.C. – FIT (Formerly K.I.C.K.) with Gary will be adding one more class and changing a day:
-Mondays and Wednesdays 6 PM – 7 PM
-Fridays 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Little Dragons:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Kuk Sool Won:
Tuesdays 6 PM – 7 PM
